A Haunt bust for a contest.

I didn't win.

A couple of character designs I did for a comic which was to be published in a magazine.

The target audience hated it!

That's okay though. I have a bunch more scripts so I may just do them anyway and post them here.

But, what does any of that mean?

Nagiphax is a barkeep from downtown who has recently gotten on board with a group of guerrillas called The Returners who've set their sights on purging corruption from the government and smashing the state.

The Returners have recently discovered that the Mayor himself is putting on a depraved death play for the amusement of his rich buddies. They decide to star in said play, as a way into the Mayor's mansion, hoping to use the cover of the after-party ruckus to search his place for anything that can be used to weaken his political position.

And that is why Nagiphax is dressed as a sexy devil-bird.

I don't care for sunrises.

I often find myself out in the early morning when the sky begins to change, and if I can find a quiet spot away from people and cars I do like to watch the sky slowly shift and the morningstar fade into the brightening sky.

As for the actual sun, I rarely stick around for that bit.

So I redesigned the Modus Operandi website last week.

I don't know what else to say about that!

Street Fighter Alpha 3 inspired desktop.

I'm working on the Cast page for Modus Operandi in the style of a Capcom character select screen, so I was inspired to do this for myself.

Threw it together in half an hour.

So my pal made this picture and I was like

"this is a cool pic i should put it on my desktop

...

but it's so vertical"


then i pressed some buttons and now this is happening

It's the backdrop for this site, and it also makes a pretty decent desktop!

Square/Enix recently had a contest to design new hats (classes, basically) for their newly released DS game Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light.

I did enjoy making these. I had hoped to do more, but unfortunate events left me unable to even finish these in time. Another contest I've failed to win, but at least this one is totally my fault.
